Tom was President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Patent Association (now the Dallas-Fort Worth Intellectual Property Law Association) in 1980. Ken received both his Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati. He received the American Jurisprudence Award in Administrative Law in 1970.
